It’s so easy for our days to feel full and demanding, and it’s so normal for projects like a yearly family portrait to fall by the wayside. It takes forethought and scheduling to plan these things… and they can sometimes feel like a big financial investment all at once. But these portraits are truly important - they’re a visual record of all the care and love you’re pouring into daily life.
I want to help you freeze little moments and memories. I want to document each passing year so that you can look back on them throughout the whirlwind of parenthood… and so your children can see themselves in the visual story of your family.
Above all else, I want to make it effortless for you to do this. Because I know how it feels to have a lot going on.

Joining will save you hundreds of dollars and give you exclusive access to my online session calendar. Weekend dates will be prioritized for The Family Archive members! This self-scheduling calendar will allow you to book at a convenient time for your family, and if you haven't booked your session, you’ll receive helpful reminders as the year goes on. In addition, session fees are divided up into automatic monthly payments, making it easier to budget for the portraits over the course of the year.
The coolest part is that, even if the price increases, you are locked into the rate you signed up at for, as long as you’re a member.

A: Yes! Once you sign up and make the initial payment, you can book the session immediately - you’ll get a link for the Spring/Summer session calendar right away. After your session takes place, you’ll receive your gallery on the normal schedule (about 5 weeks turnaround) and will be able to download the files and use the print credit right away.

A: While I can’t guarantee that a specific date and time will be available, I am putting tons of session options on the self-scheduling calendar. You’ll receive the first calendar (for April-September dates) as soon as your sign up and pay your first installment. The second calendar (for October-March dates) will be released in late September. If you haven’t signed up for the first round of dates, you’ll receive a reminder to sign up for the second!
Many of the session options will be for Friday and weekend dates since those will be prioritized for members!
If a particular dates is important to you and it’s not listed on the session calendar, please feel free to reach out. I’ll do my best to accommodate it!

A: Rescheduling for reasons such as illness, bad weather, etc. will be handled the same way as before - we’ll look at the calendar and figure it out. If you realize your date won’t work for another reason more in advance (like a work or travel conflict), I’ll work with you to find a new date. Just let me know as soon as you can.

A: Absolutely! I include sessions within a 60-mile radius from San Francisco (another perk as it’s only a 30-mile radius for one time sessions). If you live outside that range, there are a couple options.
One is to plan to come to San Francisco (or within the range) for your session - there are so many lovely locations and I can help brainstorm them!
The other is to pay a separate flat fee for travel to your home. Just reach out and I’ll send you a quote.

A: These sessions offer a chance to have beautiful, classic style studio portraits of each child in your family… kind of like a school portrait only better!

A: Technically you can, but there are a couple things to consider…
One is that my goal is to keep these spots fairly limited. I want to work with families I’ve photographed before, and ensure I have plenty of scheduling options throughout the year. So spots could fill quickly as people renew.
Prices will also increase in future years. and rejoining will bring it up to current rates.
One last tip! It’s perfectly fine to skip your session one year and roll it over to the next as long as your membership is maintained. For instance, if you’re expecting a new baby next year and would like two sessions during that time, you can skip and roll it into next year.
