“The days are long but the years are short” as they say - I want to help you record and remember each one.
It’s so easy for our days to feel full and demanding, and so normal for projects like a yearly family portrait to fall by the wayside. It takes forethought and scheduling to plan these things… and they can sometimes feel like a big investment all at once. But these portraits are truly important - they’re a visual record of all the care and love you’re pouring into daily life.
I want to help you document each passing year, freeze little memories and moments so that you can revisit them throughout the whirlwind of parenthood… and so your children can see them too.
Above all else, I want to make it effortless for you to do this. Because I know how it feels to have a lot going on.
So I created a portrait membership,
The Family Archive!
Joining up will save you hundreds of dollars and give you early access to my session calendar - and now weekend dates will be prioritized for Family Archive members! The self-scheduling calendar will allow you to book at a convenient time for your family and I’ll also send helpful reminders if you haven’t booked your session as the year goes on. In addition, session fees will be divided up into automatic monthly payments, making it easier to budget for the shoot over the course of the year. And the coolest part is that, as long as you’re a member, you’ll be locked into the rate you signed up at, even if prices increase.
Family Archive Packages
The Portrait Package
$155/mo
Includes a full length family portrait session with a complete set of high-resolution, printable digital files and a $600 print credit to be used in the gallery shop.
The Milestone Package
$185/mo
Includes everything in The Portrait Package, plus an annual individual portrait studio session for each child in the family, with a complete set of digital files and the option to purchase printed items though the gallery (normally priced at $500 per child)
The Heirloom Package
$225/mo
Includes everything in The Milestone Package, plus an archival, 20 page, 8x8, layflat album to display the images from your yearly session.

Unlimited access to an online gallery containing all of your photos as we create them over the years… which makes for a beautiful, shareable, and fully backed-up digital family album
Access to purchase one-off mini sessions for things like birthdays or special milestones, maternity sessions, and grandparent visits (available only to members)
The option to renew your membership for the following year at the same, locked-in rate (when you maintain your membership, your pricing never goes up)
Important info:
I’m limiting the number of memberships available to keep my schedule manageable and give the very best experience to my families. This membership is only available to people I’ve worked with in the past.
The signup period will be short - it will open DATE and close DATE, unless the spots fill up before closing time.
I’ll post my session availability calendar twice per year, once on the first day of signups (for Spring/Summer sessions) and again six months later (for Fall/Winter sessions).
The session calendar will be self-scheduled by members on a first-come, first-serve basis - so joining early in the enrollment period will be super helpful to get those coveted weekend dates!
For both Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter calendars, I’ll guarantee that there’s at least two spots open for each member in the event that every member wanted to schedule a session in that season’s calendar.
In future years, existing members will have access to the session calendars the day before new signups begin, making it really beneficial to be an early joiner in terms of price and scheduling priority. ;)

A: Yes! Once you sign up and make the initial payment, you can book the session immediately - you’ll get a link for the Spring/Summer session calendar right away. After your session takes place, you’ll receive your gallery on the normal schedule (about 4 weeks turnaround) and will be able to download the files and use the print credit right away.

A: While I can’t guarantee that a specific date and time will be available when you sign up, I am putting tons of session options on the self-scheduling calendar. I’ll make sure there are at least two spots per member open on each 6 month calendar - many of them on Fridays and weekends since those will be prioritized for members! So even if you sign up at the end of the enrollment week, you should still have lots of options.

A: Rescheduling for reasons such as illness, bad weather, etc. will be handled the same way as before - we’ll look at the calendar and figure it out. If you realize your date won’t work for another reason more in advance (like a work or travel conflict), I’ll work with you to find a new date. Just let me know as soon as you can.

A: Absolutely! I include sessions within a 60 mile radius from San Francisco… another perk as it’s only a 30 mile radius for one time sessions. ;) If you live outside that range, there are some options. One is to plan to come to San Francisco (or within the range) for your session - there are so many lovely locations and I can help brainstorm them! The other is to pay a separate flat fee for travel to your home. Just reach out and I’ll send you a quote.

A: Technically you can, but there are a couple things to consider. One is that my goal is to keep these spots fairly limited - I’ve never been a volume photo business! I want to work with families I’ve photographed before, and ensure I have plenty of scheduling options throughout the year. So as years go by and spots fill, they could be harder to come by as people renew. Prices will also increase in future years, if you maintain your membership, it’ll be locked in at your current price. Rejoining will bring it up to current rates. And one final tip! It’s perfectly fine to skip your session one year and roll it over to the next as long as your membership is maintained. For instance, if you’re expecting a new baby next year and would like two full sessions during that time, just skip your full session this year… perhaps replacing it with a mini!
